Hana Leyland | Executive Director | Los Angeles, California
Hana Leyland (she/her/hers) holds a Bachelor's degree in theology from the University of Oxford, England and an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford Brookes, England. She has previously worked in the world of corporate litigation and dispute resolution and advertising technology, where she launched her company’s first LGBTQIA2S+ employee resource group. She also advised on initiatives in the media space designed to make creator monetization more equitable for sexual, gender and racial minority groups.
In the wellness space, she has worked with the Trevor Project as a crisis phone line operator for LGBTQIA2+ youth, the Malone Collective, Blackburn Recovery, All Points North, and Recovery & Wellness Services. She also operates her own coaching, case management and companionship practice, Rainbow Transformations which focuses on providing care to the trans and gender diverse community.

Rabia Dahal (she/her/hers) is an accountant with Anderson, Satuloff, Machado and Mendelsohn in Thousand Oaks, California.
She has extensive experience providing accounting services to non-profits and is committed to helping the Rainbow Transformations Foundation uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability in its undertakings.
Rabia also starred in “Jeffrey King: The Legacy Tour”,a powerful and introspective documentary that delves into the remarkable life and enduring influence of Jeffrey King, an iconic Black Gay leader in Los Angeles.
